By using only the finest cuts of Pork, salt, pepper, fresh herbs, locally sourced fruit and veg we have been able to create sausages especially for those with allergies, gluten intolerance, coeliac disease and for those looking to ensure they eat only the cleanest products.

Allergies are an increasing problem in today's chemical rich society

We were approached by one of our customers to produce an additive free sausage for her son who sufferers from Autism. She described the sausages that she had been buying as dry, tasteless and expensive so we set about producing a healthy, preservative free alternative. After a couple of attempts and a tweak here and there, we produced a sausage that she, we and most importantly her son was happy with.

Seasoned with only sea salt and cracked black pepper these sausages were a cut above anything else out there, successfully raising the once humble sausage to new heights of purity, quality and taste.

Additional flavours now include Pork and Leek, pork and apple, they are also hand made using only fresh locally sourced produce to ensure an authentic eating experience.

Ordering

An order of 5kg, around 60 sausages is required at present,
but as they become more popular the order size will inevitably decrease.

Storage

Freeze sausages straight away to preserve the freshness.
They will last for 3 months and on cooking and will taste as good as the day they were made.
